Pricing

All orders must be prepaid.

We accept VISA, MasterCard and money orders.

Corporate purchase orders are accepted for Canadian orders.

We do not ship C.O.D.

Online p rices supersede all previously issued price lists, are subject to change without notice and exclude taxes.

CNA member discount

CNA members receive a 20% discount on most publications on this website , excluding the Canadian Registered Nurse Examination Prep Guide . No discount is available on promotional products such as National Nursing Week items. Proof of membership is required (i.e., your provincial RN registration number). CNA members include all nurses who belong to a registered provincial nursing association, except in Ontario and Que bec. Nurses registered in Que bec are not members of CNA unless they hold a dual membership through another province; nurses in Ontario must be members of the Registered Nurses’ Association of Ontario.

Rush orders

For rush orders, add $15 plus courier charges. You must call 1-800-361-8404 and speak with a representative.

Sales tax

Applicable taxes will be charged on all publications and products, plus shipping/handling charges.

International orders

All international orders must be pre-paid. Payment must be made by international money order or postal money order in Canadian funds drawn on a Canadian bank. All international orders are GST/ HST exempt.

Delivery

Most items will be shipped within 10 business days of receipt of order, subject to stock availability. Rush orders will be processed within 3 business days  of receipt of order (courier and rush charges apply).
